职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责日常反假冒投诉、鉴定及相关案件的跟踪；
2、负责相关法律文件的审核；
3、协助上级做好其它日常工作；
4、处理日常诉讼纠纷；
5、为公司各部门提供法律咨询。
职位要求：
1、 有2年以上律所或企业法务工作经验；具有律师资格的优先：
2、 从事知识产权（尤其是商标业务）业务优先考虑；
3、 为了适应经常性出差及工作强度，***优先；
4、 具备良好的英语语言表达能力（具备大学英语6级以上水平的口语及书面表达能力）；
