Project Managers work across a clearly defined range of "classical
" project types, taking ownership of specificparts of a project and progress them under the guidance of senior members of the team.

This person will spend 95% of his/her time on Quantitative /Qualitative skill related activities.

Key Result Areas

As a Quantitative /Qualitative Project Manager at AV, you shall be responsible for:
A clear understanding of the purpose of Quantitative /Qualitative research and devising approaches to Quantitative /Qualitative projects using current approaches and methodologies.
Setting up a Quantitative /Qualitative project, either a small stand-alone piece of Quantitative /Qualitative work or part of a bigger project, e.g. choosing the appropriate methodology, appropriate method (i.e. F2F,telephone,internet), design a sample structure, recruitment specifications, writing questionnaires, writing DP specs, having knowledge about statistical techniques etc.
Briefing the Operations Team appropriately and liaising with them throughout the project to ensure the highest quality of data.
Your own analysis and distillation of insight and pulling this together in presentation format. You will also liaise directly with clients.

-Self-starter (diligent, reliable, proactive & responsible), can be held accountable for parts of simple projects

Reporting to: Senior Research Manager or above
