职位描述：
Job Purpose:To guarantee process standard is implemented during assembly,and according to the procedures and indications received by direct superior.

Job Accountabilities:
1.Develops and modifies process formulation, methods and controls to meet quality standards.
2.Provide technical advise/support to the production team.
3.Trouble shooting on production assemble issues, identify root causes and implement structural improvement.
4.Lead & Supervise the assemble quality check.
5.Train and coach production technician on machine general process.
6.Train and coach production technician on standard assemble process.
7.Analyse and optimize current production processes in oder to minimize risks,costs,and wastage,improve productivity and quality.

Basic Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in mechanical background.
2.Above 3 years mechnical engineer experience.
3.Master the professional knowledge in assemble.
4.Spoken and written English such that he can communicate with overseas colleagues. 举报 分享
