Company introduction:
Duvel Moortgat is a family of 9 independent craft breweries which include Duvel, Vedett, La Chouffe, Liefmans, Boulevard, and Firestone Walker. Duvel Moortgat China a fully owned subsidiary of the Duvel Moortgat Group and has been operating in the country since 2007 with offices in Shanghai (HQ), Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xi'an, Wuhan, and Chengdu.

Task：
工作内容
? Communicate with retail clients regarding the exp. date, shelf life, sanitary certificates, samples, etc.
? File documents necessary to introduce new SKU’s to retail clients on a regular basis
? Process all orders for nationwide retail clients and distributors in the east and south
? Assist in processing of on-trade direct sales WeChat orders daily for key clients
? Coordinate delivery schedules for nationwide retailers such as Metro and 1919
? Provide other administrative support to sales team as needed
? Analyze payment reports and push nationwide retail clients to pay their debts in a timely manner

? 与客户沟通，如生产日期，保质期，卫检证书、样品安排等事宜
? 新品提报相关表格和资料的准备
? 经销商和商超客户订单的跟进录入和发货安排
? 平台客户订单的下载和录入，订单的内部流转，与平台预约发货并跟进
? 为销售团队提供其他相关的销售行政支持
? 分析应收账款报表，与客户及时沟通以确保客户及时付款

Requirements:
要求
- University student/ graduates majored in business or related fields preferred.
- Good knowledge of English both written & orally
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Multi-task capability & strong problem solving skills
- Focus on details and customer-oriented
- Familiar with MS Office
