Responsibilities:
? Assist in data processing and data analysis
? Provide front end support to our ERP systems
? Ability to enhance efficiency on current workflow and support users’ queries
? Perform system analysis for system development and evaluate user requirements to clarify real problems and providing solutions
? Manage and coordinate with system developers (global and local IT team) to build, implement and release business system
? Monitor all aspects of system development projects, including system integration test, UAT, design and analysis, system deployment
? Maintain proper technical and workflow documentation for enterprise applications
? Ensure data integrity and security within our company

Requirements:
? Degree/Higher Diploma holder in IT or shipping related disciplines
? Around 2,3 years relevant IT support experience in shipping industry would be an advantage
? Hands-on experience with any ERP would definitely help
? Self-motivated and able to work independently
? Proactive, hardworking, customer-oriented, and a good team player with good troubleshooting, analytical and interpersonal skills
? Soft skills and good working attitude are key success factors in this role
