职位描述：
**JOB STATEMENT**
Main responsibility is to promote, educate and engage managers, supervisors and employees on all HSE related matters, ensuring a safe and sustainable working environment, informing and creating awareness of conditions that affect HSE across the plant.

**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
? Provide tools and guidance to management and assist them in fulfilling their HSE responsibilities
? Monitor HSE performance and provide analyzed data for management
? Facilitate and support HSE hazard identification and risk assessment in each responsible areas.
? Define HSE training needs and provide HSE training to managers, supervisors, employees, contractors and subcontractors.
? Lead incident/accident investigations and follow up the corrective actions plans.
? Ensure HSE related data is reported according to Metso processes in timely manner
? Follow-up and share information about local HSE requirements from legislation, customers, and Metso Group
? Participate in internal and external HSE audit programs.
? Ensure local emergency preparedness.
? Assist in the review of HSE aspects related to new or modified equipment, chemicals and processes
? Develop and support local HSE management system in order to facilitate continuous improvement of HSE performance according to given objectives

**INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL INTERFACES**
? Internal: all the departments in plant, China and global HSE team
? External: government, contractors and subcontractors.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
? College or Above
? Minimum 5 years experience of HSE working experience
? Working experience as a team leader or HSE supervisor is a plus
? Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Metso HSE related tools.
? Good knowledge of English , both written and spoken
? Good communication skill internally and externally
? Leadership skills
? Teamwork spirit
