职位描述：
SENIOR MERCHANDISER
高级跟单员

Missions :
1. Supervise the relation between clients, our factory and our subcontractors
联络处理客户、我公司工厂和外发工厂的关系；
2. Swiftly communicate in English by mail, phone and Skype
能够熟练用英语通过邮件、电话和Skype交流
3. Lead the new developments asked by clients, with technical, design and workshop teams
 组织新产品开发
4. Adapt specification sheets to the specific needs from the client, order and follow samples
更新给客户的规格单和样品及订单
5. Ensure Production planning, Quality Control planning
 保证生产计划和质检计划的顺利进行
6. Negotiate prices with workshops and clients. Whenever necessary source new suppliers
同客户和工厂间商议价格，必要是开发新供应商
7. Issue documentation (orders, proforma, Invoice, Packing list)
准备文件（订单、发票、装箱资料等）
8. Arrange contacts with Forwarders and Import/Export companies and their related documents
熟悉报关出口程序
9. Check smooth completion of business deals in terms of quality, lead-time and payment
 保证订单的质量、交期和收款
10. Help the company to develop its procedures to gain more and more efficiency
协助公司取得更多订单

Requested qualities :
1. To be a fully trustworthy person, feeling responsible for actions
有责任感，诚实可靠
2. Be very active and fast moving
执行力强
3. Excellent in analysis, efficient, logical thinking
擅长分析，效率和逻辑的思考
4. Taste for oral communication
沟通能力强
5. Be able to smoothly communicate in English language with foreign Manager
可以和经理用英语沟通

Experience requested :
1. Maturity of mind is more essential than a long experience
思想成熟
2. Business degree (marketing, sales)
 商务教育背景（市场、销售）
3. Experience in dealing with foreign clients
有同外国客户沟通的经验
4. English must be TOP LEVEL
精通英语
5. Capability to handle multiple tasks in an organized way
能够同时执行多任务，并很好地组织计划

Offered Terms :
1. Basic salary of RMB 2.5 K with full social insurance
2. Monthly bonus up to RMB 4.5 K
3. Variable incentives for successful achievements
