职位描述
The Role & Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overall dealer marketing planning and implementations, including develop the Dealer Annual Marketing Strategy and Plans, budgets, programs and detail execution plans in accordance with whole Marketing Strategy in China.
· Lead, design and execute dealer incentive program to encourage dealers to communicate the brand and product correctly and deliver the right events to support the sales in local markets, monitor, support, evaluate and reward dealers marketing performance.
· Coordinate with agencies and dealers to develop and deploy POSM to support the dealer show room functions, including brochure/poster/flyer/video/music etc., organizing the ordering, implementing and payment process with all dealers.
· Liaise with Marketing Experiential Manager to support dealer level events/autoshows and other relevant sponsor event/sales event to support the brand communication and the sales.
· Leverage dealer level CRM communication and activities to raise the dealer competency but also deliver the sales.
· Help dealers to improve their experiential marketing competence to support the sales and brand loyalty.
· Manage the financial process for budget planning, controlling and tracking, reporting.
· Manage agency to have regular communication with dealers, to monitor and support with the solutions to help the dealer level brand/product communication and the sales.
Skills, experience and qualifications required:
· Bachelor's degree a must
· Experience in Dealer Management or Dealer marketing for at least 3 years
· Self motivated, independent, able to take initiatives and drive change
· Ability to multitask and set priorities, with attention to details and accuracy
· Has customer-focused mindset, takes responsibility, has integrity, is innovative, and drives for results
· Good in Microsoft office
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills for both English and Mandarin.
