职位描述：
Job purpose:
? The purpose of this position is to manage all sales and market insights and analyses to ensuring informed decision making and clarity on where to go, when to go and with what to go.

Job challenges:
? Deal with the complexity of managing commercial reportings in the size of China and taking into account regional differences.

Roles & Responsibilities:
? Commercial analysis:
- Perform advanced data analysis for sales and Trade Marketing activities evaluation and planning;
? Commercial reporting:
- Setup and maintain the necessary sales information systems for the commercial reporting’s
- Liaise with IT and finance team to maintain sales modules of management information system.
- Create relevant periodic commercial reporting’s for TM and MT to ensure that the decisions taken based on accurate correct and reliable information and measures.
- Develop standardized reporting tools where necessary and deploy to BU’s for consistent way of working.
? Channel & distributor insights:
- Collect channel & distributor insights internally & externally to improve Trade Marketing plan development.
? Competitor analysis:
- Collect competitor insights internally & externally to improve Trade Marketing plan development.

Qualifications:
? University degree in business administration or related
? More than 3 years related sales performance analysis experience
? Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
? Experience in national sales organization is a plus
