职位描述：
at least 3-5 yrs work experience and preferably banking-background / CFA certification but will consider finance experience from other institutions also

Job Responsibilities :-
 
Include but not limited to:
 
1) working as part of global structured team with a focus on Asia-pacific biz;
 
2) as member of APAC STF team, liaising with both local and global trading teams
 
3) preparing counterparty credit analysis basis financial and operational business model
 
4) tracking and monitoring existing portfolio of stf transactions, and providing regular updates to senior/global mgmt.
 
5) perform financial modeling to both (a) audit client-provided model(s), and (b) provide spreadsheet analysis on new and existing transactions to snr/global mgmt.
 
6) present analysis in both memo/ termsheet and presentation format for global audiences
 
7) liaise with legal, compliance, financing and insurance counterparties to manage deal settlement process
 
Job Requirements : -
 
1) spreadsheet analysis and presentation skills in power-point and word format
2) strong communication skills in both English & Mandarin speaker
3) commodities financing background (metals & mining industry knowledge preferred but not pre-requisite for this role)
