Property Consultant working content

？ With its keep growing business, there’re more and more clients go to TownscapeHousing especially this year. The qualified new staff ARE not required to develop new clients, and can have clients to follow up immediately.
公司近几年业务发展迅速上升，客户数量不断递增，今年更加突飞猛进。新入职的合格销售无需另外开发新的客源，可以立即接待公司分配的客户
？ after obtaining the company's customer housing inquiry, then try to communicate effectively, to understanding the details of customer needs
拿到公司的客户信息后， 进行有效沟通，细致了解客户租房需求,
？ According to customer requirements and needs, searching and matching the properties they need and arrange the house visiting tour
按照客户要求寻找，匹配他们所需的房源并组织带看
？ Actively suggest the house leasing solution until find the suitable one to sign leasing contract , even by offering tailor made plan and arrangement.
竭尽全力为客户找到房屋租赁解决方案
？ Effectively negotiate the leasing contract进行有效的合同谈判
？ Provide good follow up services before and after the leasing contract is done
为我们的欧美客户提供优质的售前、售中和售后服务
？ Coordinate and solve problems and building smooth relationship between the tenant and the landlord
协调和解决客户和房东之间的问题与关系
？ master the high end property market, add and maintain Shanghai high-end housing information the database information， sorting and archive property photos
掌握上海高端房源信息并添加和维护数据库信息,整理房源照片
？ To complete the company's sales target on time or in advance, and challenge higher goals按时顺利完成公司的业绩目标任务并不断挑战更高的业绩目标
？ According to the company business needs, timely complete other business tasks assigned by company按照公司业务需求，及时顺利完成公司指派的其它事项
？ Swift in action and reaction 反应灵敏，行动快速
？ Fully devoted and royal to the company, full time job对公司忠诚，全职工作



Job requirements岗位要求,
？ Between 22 and 35 years of age 22-35岁之间
？ Bachelor’s degree or above in related subject 本科学历
？ No restriction on Hukou (for Chinese natives) 无户籍限制
？ Excellent level of English优秀的英文听说读写沟通能力
？ Experiences in relevant field over 1 years 一年以上相关经验
？ Knowledge of Microsoft tools 办公软件熟练
？ Strong communication skills, confident, ambitious良好的沟通技能，自信，有雄心
？ Good understanding of western client's consumer behavior 对欧美客户的消费行为有一定的了解和掌握
？ Positive, optimistic, result oriented, honest and reliable 积极，乐观，以结果为导向，诚信，可靠
？ Able to work under pressure with patience 能承受压力，在压力下也有良好的表现
？ Understanding that hard work and dedication are key to success理解投入，执着是在公司成功的要素
？ Open-minded, great team player with strong intuition and people skill 有 团队合作精神
