职位描述：
1. Key Accountabilities
管理维护客户订单, 提供准确的交期确认；保持和各部门的良好沟通以便做好订单管理和出货管理，维持一个高水准的内外部客户满意度。
1. 客户订单数据维护
2. 订单确认交期，及时回复销售或客户询问（48小时内）
3. 每日查看客户订单情况与客户的要求并传递给各部门。
4. 制定主生产计划，确定目标，提前指导生产进行准备工作。
5. 制定物料需求计划，覆盖3～6个月的生产需求，分析需求决定购买数量，交期要求，与采购部进行协调沟通，确保维持良好的库存水平及安全库存，并对物料入库情况定期确认跟踪。
6. 向车间下达生产工单，监督工单状态，确保生产计划按时完成。
7. 基于物料来料状态，产线产能和实际状态调整每周和每日的生产平衡，以保持生产平稳持续进行
8. 当原材料不能如期送达或产生质量问题时，与相关部门协同解决。
9. 当客户急单时，调整生产计划，与相关的职能部门沟通解决具有挑战性的交付要求。
10. 库存控制，分析物料的周转率，消除呆滞库存，改善的库存周转率，形成报告。
11. 制定出货计划，提供发货需求给相关部门，确保准确无误的完成发货。
12. 每周更新PO Status,分析客户库存状态，控制在良好的水平。进行差异分析。
13. 根据客户订单和实际出货情况制作相应表格数据并反馈给销售。
14. 持续推动缩短交货时间和客户交货及时率的改善，提升客户满意度。
15. 工单，文件相关资料的整理与归档
16. 完成主管交待的其他任务

Essential:
? 大专以上学历
? 五年以上在制造业从事物流计划相关工作的经验
? 熟悉ERP操作系统和ISO质量管理流程
? 工作认真负责，拥有良好的沟通及时间管理能力
? 分析能力和团队协作能力
? 英语能力良好
