职位描述：
Through individual effective maintenance works to ensure production equipment, cooling machine, air condition equipment, lifting equipment and transportation truck, security devices, fire fighting system and electrical equipment in entirety plant on the best condition for ready to use. All maintenance activities in the plant are fully complying with applicable company and local law, regulations on safety and environment protection. Monitor supplier working performance in the plant including quality, EOSH and security.

Key Result Areas:
？ Do PM/CM works for specified area or equipment by individually.
？ Take part in VC or lead Kaizen projects
？ Input maintenance data into Maximo
？ Prepare PO /Contract for spare parts and replacements purchasing
？ Sort of maintenance information of equipment
？ Meet requirement of safety/quality/ Environmental protection /finance
？ Take part in all maintenance activates
？ Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to development PM plan
？ Study issue using 5 whys tool
？ Develop Work Aids for equipment operation/maintenance

Knowledge & Experience:
？ Male/female above 35 years old
？ 5 years above maintenance experience in facility of food industry. Especially in mechanical or electrical and refrigeration or other specified area.
？ Could handle widely equipment in both mechanical and electrical by alone. Be capable of repairing independently
o All kind pumps / valves in the plant.
o 80% Key equipment
？ Has experiences for the upgrading projects
？ Computer sill required
？ Understanding all relevant EOSH requirement for maintenance works
？ GMP requirement as well
？ One of special maintenance technique such as Electrical/mechanism/ HVAC/ Refrigeration /PLC. Middle level or relevant technical skill l of automation control/ mechanism /Refrigeration maintenance or design will be additional.
？ Certain level of certification on specified area is required and certification of electrical maintenance will be perfect.

Education & Professional Qualification:
  College education above on electrical automation control study will perfect. And holding maintenance certification at least for electrical, mechanical, cooling, will get advantage.
