Sr. Embedded Solutions Engineer （Microchip, Shenzhen）
？ Utilize Microchip’s Client Engagement Process to drive design wins to revenue at select target clients.
？ Be an expert in Linear Power Solutions and power topologies, understand clients’ system and be able to advise on as well as implement innovative ideas and solutions to clients working in this area.
？ Utilize engineering design skills, techniques and knowledge to help clients to remove technical difficulties, reduce development time and improve productivities.
？ Identify the key client stakeholders and coach those stakeholders to build consensus for Microchip’s solutions within their organization.
？ Contribute and participate within a global team environment, to successfully develop and implement sales strategies across clients divisions and geographical locations.
？ Communicate effectively with Microchip product divisions to provide regular inputs and feedback to help the definition of new products and ROI for their investments in clients.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
？ BSEE or above in EE or equivalent with an academic track record.
？ 10+ years of relevant work experiences.
？ Skilled and practiced in Linear Power solutions and good knowledge of Power Supply Topologies (Boost, Buck, Switches, thermal characterization)
？ Knowledge of analog signal processing and power conversion (DC to DC, AC to DC, including common LED lighting applications)
？ Board-level application design and support experiences in power solutions. Power PCB layout experiences and whole project experiences preferred.
？ Understanding of power supply communication protocols – I2C, SPI, UART. Basic MCU programming ability is a plus.
？ Knowledge of Ultrasound products including multiplexers, drivers, MOSFET arrays, transmitters, receivers and T/R Switch etc. Experiences of using or supporting above Ultrasound products is a plus.
