1.0 REPORTS TO报告给: Engineering Manager

2.0 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES总体责任:

Design, develop and implement Design-Verification-Test for NPD projects, Response for firmware design quality validation, and automatic test equipment software development. Generate completed DVT test report to assure product quality on product functional specifications

4.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责及责任: Include the following:

4.1 Develop product DVT test plan (Firmware) to assure product quality with Design Engineer by reference product Specification and design standard

4.2 Design /develop and debug hardware and software for DVT test systems.

4.3 Build and maintain bug report and tracking system

4.4 Monitor and report firmware development quality growth

4.5 Conduct black box test

4.6 An understanding of the interaction between hardware and firmware/software in an embedded control system and a familiarity with TCP/IP based communications is also required

4.7 Troubleshooting UUT defects, review / improve the design by working with Design engineers

4.8 Develop and maintain Automatic test equipment software for product final test

5.0 ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

5.1 Design for test review on firmware and software architecture design.

5.2 Maintain data dictionary for firmware and software test.

6.0 PRINCIPLE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:日常工作关系

6.1 Firmware Engineer

6.2 Software Engineer

6.3 DVT Engineer

6.4 Product Line Manager

7.0 REQUIREMENTS:

7.1 3+ yrs experience in firmware or software test

7.2 Basic understanding to C program language.

7.3 Good understanding of Internet protocols and field bus protocols

7.4 PC software proficiency(Excel, Word).

7.5 Software background preferable (not mandatory.).

7.6 White box test of firmware/software experience is plus.

7.7 Any automatic test script language like labview, C#, Paython skills is plus.

7.8 Electronic and Electrical experience is plus.

7.9 Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
