职位描述：
人事部分：
分析招聘需求，明确招聘方向和目标；
发布招聘信息，根据职位要求初步筛选候选人，邀约面试；
负责薪资核算，员工考勤统计，假期管理，社保公积金的核算，用工、退工手续的办理等人事工作。

行政部分：
客户及应聘者接待；
管理办公用品，维护办公室设备和绿化；
组织和执行公司企业文化建设以及公司相关活动；
完成交办的其它临时任务。

职位要求：
本科学历，1年以上工作经验,人力资源管理类相关专业优先，有招聘经验;
熟悉行政工作流程；
熟练使用office办公软件及办公设备；
优秀的语言表达能力，良好的沟通、协调能力，责任心强；
