Responsible for the overall management of the laboratory, to provide reliable test and inspection data report..
实验室主管负责公司实验室的全面管理工作，为公司产品提供可靠的试验及检验数据报告。

? Main functions for the position 主要职责描述

1、 负责实验室质量体系的建立及维护；
responsible for the establishment and maintenance of laboratory quality system;
2、 负责实验室试验设备/测量设备的日常管理、校验（内/外校）；
Test equipment and Measuring instrument daily management,calibration(internal/external calibration)
3、 检查执行物理，化学，机械性能等测试并记录；
Perform physical、chemical、mechanical test and record;
4、 检测测试的执行及出具测试报告；
Test execution and issue the test report
5、 制作、修订测量仪器的作业指导书；
Compile,revise measuring instrument operation instructions
6、 实验室/设备管理文件的制作、修订；
Laboratory equipment management document preparation,revision
7、 与外部的联系（如设备厂商、校验机构、相关标准协会等）
And the external contact(such as:equipment manufacturers,calibration institutions,relevant standards association,etc.)
8、 实验室的日常“5S”的管理；（如物品的摆放，工作现场的整洁，水、电、气的节约等）
Laboratory daily”5s”management;(such as items put,the scene of the work is clean and neat/water/electricity/gas economize,etc.


? Knowledge, Skills and Abilities知识、技能和能力要求
- Engineering Degree or equivalent title.
工程机械类大专及以上学历或者相关学历
- At least 6 year of experience in a similar position, or at least in Quality management.
至少3年相似岗位经历，或者至少在质量管理岗位
- Be familiar with of the ISO 9001, ISO/TS16949,ISO14001
熟悉ISO9001和ISO/TS16949及ISO14001等相关质量体系；
- Be familiar with all kinds of measuring equipment use and maintenance
熟悉各种测量设备的使用及维护保养
- Fluent in English .
流利的英语口语交流；
- Good presentation both oral and written.
良好的口头表达和书面报告能力
- Predisposition to work in team and by targets.
良好的团队工作能力
- Ability to manage cross functional teams.
管理跨职能团队的能力
- ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 internal auditor certificate is a plus
