义务与职责：

• 协助起草总监日常公文、报告等相关文书资料；
• 负责安排总监来访人员的接待；
• 负责处理与接收总监文件、信件、函电；
• 负责总监商务行程安排、客户拜访、商务宴请等联络及安排工作；
• 负责总监日常事宜日程的跟进与安排工作；
• 负责汇总、整理和完善总监办公室的文件资料，做好归档管理；
• 完成总监交办的其他任何工作事宜。

? 大专及其以上学历；
? 性格外向亲和力强；
? 善于并喜欢与人交际；
? 优越的合作能力，项目及时间管理能力；
? 对于如何与你的客户或同事构建合作及伙伴关系，你信心满满；
? 和你的同事有效交流，努力构建轻松幽默的工作氛围；
? 力求完美及有专注细节的精神；
? 优质表达及书写能力；
? 优质倾听能力及愿与团队分享你的新想法；
? 良好英语听、说、写能力；
? 三年以上专业广告、摄影、公关、媒体或相关传播机构市场工作经验；
? 具有良好的市场与品牌知识，熟悉客户维护、开发、市场活动及推广等的运作；
? 具备良好的责任感并能够承担一定的工作压力，充满工作激情，对广告、摄影 、传播行业具强烈的事业心；
? 熟练掌握PC及Mac操作系统及相应系统下的软件运用。
