职位描述
岗位职责：
1.办公室日常事务处理，包括前台接待，文档管理、打印文件、写会议记录等工作
2.办公用品采购、管理及公司固定资产维护及管理
3.处理各项涉外事务，包括外宾接待，行程安排等
4.协助采购并跟踪产品进度与质量反馈及至产品合格出货
5.协助上级维持公司正常有序的工作，完成上级交给的其他事务性工作
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历
2.1年以上相关工作经验
3.良好的英语沟通能力，工作细心，具团队精神
4.熟练使用MS办公软件（Word,Excel，Outlook）
