1）Shipping船务 (please send you CV in English)

Job Description and Responsibilities:
工作描述和职责：

Prepare shipping documents and relevant papers as required during the operation
按照客户的出运指示制作出货文件及其它相关文件

Coordinate relevant parties so as to run cargo delivery smoothly and arrange shipping schedule efficiently
配合公司内部及相关第三方确保货物及时顺利出运

Good knowledge of export procedures and L/C documents
熟悉出口流程及L/C 操作

Communcate with shipping company/Forwarder to issue switch B/L
联系船公司及货代签发SWITCH B/L

Contact BV and SGS for test, loading inspection and issue PVOC certificate.
联系BV 及 SGS 安排测试，装运前检验及出具PVOC证书

Requirements:
要求
1-2 years in forwarder company or trading agents is preferable
最好有1-2年在货代或贸易公司工作经验

Solid knowledge on shipping operation and documentary preparation
熟悉船务操作流程和各项出口文件

Team-work spirit and willing to learn
有团队工作经验并且愿意学习

Previous working experience in relation to African or to Indian market will be a plus
