A well established Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise based in Shanghai (ChangNing District) for over 10 years requires experienced shipping and documentation clerk to organize its transactions. Company specializes in export of garments and textiles from China.
Detailed Requirements:
·Minimum of 5 years experience in handling accounts and shipping documents for exports.
·Understand paperwork procedure of export related documents like Purchase Order, Performa Invoice, Letter of Credit, Packing List etc.
·Able to keep detailed records of all transactions, coordinate payments between sub-vendors.
·Must be very well organized, have good memory, and be flexible.
·Fluent written and oral English
·Good PC skills
·Positive personality, professional attitude, and people-friendly.
