We are hiring a Quality Control Engineer for growing business. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, upbeat, detail-oriented and interested in performing the following duties with care and excellence:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Implement in-production and post-production inspection to ensure the finial goods can meet product specifications
• To finish Inspection Report after daily inspection work, and report to the manager
• Follow up the factory to take corrective action (plan) for failed inspection, and take re-inspection as required
• Push or lead the factory to continuously improve the non-conformance
• Maintain and create "inspection guideline" document for inspections and QC issues with each product
• Follow up the "open issues"/ "customer complaints" until it is fixed at factory side

Skills and experience:

• 3+ years experience in QC
• Good English skills
• Good skills of Excel/Word/Powerpoint
• Manufacturing background is preferred
• Good communication skill is helpful
• Demonstrates an energetic, positive, and helpful demeanor
