职位描述：
工作职责：
1、优化自有移动媒体流量的广告变现策略，包括但不限于通过UV频次控制、广告位分类测试等，将广告联盟、DSP、CPC平台、游戏中心等不同类型广告消耗方式做策略配置，达到自有流量价值的最大化；
2、拓展站外流量的广告合作，通过内容输出等合作方式为公司带来广告收益及促进新用户的转化；

任职资格：
1、3年以上相关经验；
2、对广告投放、技术对接方面有一定的经验和认知；
3、逻辑性强，对数据敏感，有较强的数据分析能力；
4、对行业有认知度，客户人脉资源广，沟通能力强；
5、有强的自驱力，能够主动思考，跟进事务进展。强的责任心，扛得住压力，适应创业团队的节奏。
