? 本职位工作地点为河北省廊坊市
Recruit the qualified candidates to for departments timely;
? 及时为部门招聘合格人员;
? Control the headcount budget;
? 全面控制人员预算;
? Assistant and follow the personal request procedure, ensure they follow the personal request procedure, keep the information flow;
? 协助并跟踪各部门履行用人申请流程,确保信息流畅;
? Select internal and external resumes. Set up HR pool for human resource preparation;
? 筛选内外部简历,建立人才库以进行人才储备;
? Develop new recruitment channel, making sure the channel is suitable for the company;
? 拓展 新的招聘渠道,并确保其适合公司现状;
? Arrange, participate and follow up the interview
? 安排,参与和跟踪面试
? Provide the offer to qualified candidates, notice the on board procedure;
? 给合格候选人发邀请函,通知候选人入职流程;
? Analysis the effectiveness and timeliness on employees recruitment, and continue improvement
? 分析招聘有效性和及时性,持续改进
? Responsible for department HSE related job;
? 负责本部门HSE相关工作 ;
? Other issue arranged by HR manager.
? 人力资源经理安排的其他工作.
? Good English skills
? 英语熟练
? Familiar with the function of business department
? 熟悉业务部门职能
? Master on the recruitment process
? With experience on turn over, and retention.
? With know/experience on performance management both on office and production.
? With the knowledge on competency, talent evaluation, succession plan.
? Pretty good work attitude
? Honest and reliable
? Positive and could work under pressure
? Good value inside
? Good communication and coordination skills
? 5 years of relative HR working experience, especially on recruitment, turn over and retention
