1. Job Responsibilities
* Working in China CTI Integration Team
* Be a project manager support for Citi business in China.
* Be a project manager support for AP Regional based projects.
* Project Management.
* Lead & manage Biz & CTI initial project in China & AP regional.
* Standard Implementation methodology needs to apply for project implementation.
* Understand business requirement and project scope clarification.
* Project cost estimation preparing, finance control & management.
* Project schedule control & management.
* Risk & Issue control & management.
* Change control & management.
* Project process following up.
* Documentation and filing.
* Reporting & escalation timely.
* Project process following up
* To follow up project process strictly.
* To achieve customer Satisfaction.
* To fulfill project QA.
* Team managing, communication and relationship.
* To keep communication with business closely.
* To work with regional PMO closely.
* To work with internal streams closely for project design, implement & handover.
* To work with other support teams & vendor closed for project deployment timely.


2. Qualification & Skill Requirements
* Being computer science or engineering related university degree.
* 2+ years working experience on project management.
* Rich experience & skill in Project Management. Hold of PMP certificate is preferred.
* Experience on Team Managing and customer management.
* Experience on Finance control and management.
* Experience on Technical Product knowledge such as Cabling, Network, Voice, Wintel & Unix system.
* Good communication skill.
* Good English, both oral and written.
* Good documentation.
* Teamwork and Hardworking. Be available for overtime work.
* Successful implementation that lead to client utilization.
