职位描述：
办公室日常性工作，协助完成证券相关事宜，维护好与投资者良好关系。
投资者关系管理：
             1、基金调研的协助事务；
             2、投资者电话、邮件问询回复与维护；
             3、收集媒体信息并及时把握媒体动向；
             4、其他投资者调研协助事务。
证券相关事宜：
             1、协助股东会、董事会、监事会会议准备、资料制作、召开及信息披露；
             2、协助制作年报、中报、季报及信息披露工作；负责部门内部管理报表的制作；
             3、负责三会资料、临时公告文件的整理、归档及管理工作；
             4、协助公司日常临时公告制作与信息披露；
             5、负责部门内部管理报表的制作。
3、行政助理工作：
             1、熟悉公司的各个线上系统，包括OA系统、报销系统等；
             2、跟进部门定期会议的召开，并及时提供会议记录；
             3、传递、沟通和配合领导对业务部门的工作要求；
             4、完成部门负责人交代的其他工作；
             5、熟悉部门的相关制度；
             6、配合部门做好监督支持和信息收集工作。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历
2、金融或财会等相关专业；
3、有海外留学经历者优先，有相关工作经验者优先，优秀应届生亦可；
4、有很好的情绪管理能力、为人机灵、有逻辑能力
技能要求：
1、优秀的中英文写作和口语表达能力；
2、熟练使用Office办公软件，能较好的制作PPT；
3、逻辑清晰、耐心细致、学习能力强；
