职位描述
- KEY ACCOUNTABLILTES (What are the main responsibilities of the role, against which performance is measured? Please indicate whether Prime (P), Key Contributor (KC) or Input (I))
- Travel administration support for all members of the service department and guests from service functional team (P)
- Travel expense checking and receipts verifications (P)
- Tracking spare parts loans and ensure proper records and return to warehouse on timely basis (P)
- Vessel schedule tracking (P)
- Warranty spare replacement, and invoicing for non-return defective items (P)
- Filling the installation report (P)
- Backup service coordinator when coordinator is absent (KC)
- Other tasks assigned by manager
- To create and communicate process for any duty for which job holder is (P) ensuring involvement from all (KCs)
- To manage the performance and development of all staff who report in (applicable only where job holder has line management responsibilities) (KC)
- To be aware of and comply with Company Standards of Conduct and all relevant statutory requirements (I)
- To carry out any other reasonable management request (KC)
