Primary Responsibilities of Position
1. Develop, recommend and implement annual and long-range strategic plans for sales and marketing. Includes sales forecasting and budgeting activities for sales and marketing.
2. Develop objectives, policies and programs for the marketing activities of the company including: Market and Product Acceptance Research, Advertising, Direct Mail, New product introduction
3. Formulate, recommend and implement policies and programs in the areas of sales, distribution, pricing, acceptable profit margins and related activities.
4. Maintain and continually improve the company's competitive position.
5. Ensure maximum sales volume and profits, at minimum cost.
6. Provide direction for subordinate managers in the area of sales, marketing, and advertising. Directly manage Divisional Sales Managers and Marketing managers.
7. Advise the Head of Business Unit Machines China regarding market trends. Provide responsive recommendations and insights for long range as well as short term planning.
8. Ensures the proper training and development of all sales and marketing staff personnel.
9. Be significantly involved in the development of the company's Sales compensation structure (for all divisions of the company), ensuring consistency and fairness throughout. Recommend improvements to the existing compensation structure to better motivate a 10. Be a key player on the top management team. Work closely with and maintain open communication with the President and all top managers of operations, administration and finance, in order to smoothly coordinate and interface the sales and marketing activiti
Requirements:
Education(Level): Bachelor or Master
Major: Preferable Electrical machines, electrical or Mechanics
Language:Mandarin and English
PC Skills:Microsoft office
Personality:Relationship, Negotiations, leadership, customer orientation, Communicate effectively, flexible and self learning, teamwork "Professional experiences and skills:
Background in sales of LV generators. Good application know-how. "
