职位描述
应聘条件：
1. 全日制院校建筑学/城市规划专业本科以上学历；
2. 3年及以上建筑设计院工作经验
3. 有浓厚的创新意识，良好的设计理念和较强的方案设计及手绘表现能力，徒手表达能力强者为佳；
4. 有极强的敬业精神、责任心以及团队合作精神，有较强的沟通协调能力；
5. 熟练使用AutoCAD、SketchUp、Photoshop等软件，英文熟练者尤佳；
6. 懂英文或西班牙语，能与外籍设计师直接沟通
Qualifications and Key Skills:
1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, urban planning or related field；
2. Min. 3 years experience in architectural design company.
3. Strong creative ability, conceptual creation and graphic representation skills；
4. Strong Responsibility & Team Working Spirit，good Communication & Interpersonal Skills；
5. Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and other software, fluent English is preferred；
6. Know English or Spanish well, can communicate with foreign designers.
