We are hiring a Product Manager Assistant for growing business. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, upbeat, detail-oriented and interested in performing the following duties with care and excellence:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Work with Product Development Manager to ensure all details and timelines are met
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
• Assistance with authoring and updating product specification documents
• Track processes & monitor production deadlines
• Organize and maintain samples, incoming and outgoing packages
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize, with the desire to work in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to take on variety of projects and ability to remain flexible with product changes

Skills and Attributes

• 3+ years' professional experience
• Bachelor degree with engineering background is prefer
• Basic math skills
• Excellent skills in Excel/ word/ powerpoint
• Good English skill is must
• Furniture background is helpful
• Understanding of CAD/ photoshop is helpful
• Strong written and verbal communication is required
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Demonstrates an energetic, positive, and helpful demeanor
