Job Description:
? Prepare the vouchers, financial statements, tax filing and statistic reports
? Check payment request, monthly reimbursement
? Preparing monthly account reconciliation
? Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, agencies and banks
? Process VAT invoicing monthly and prepare the summary accordingly
? Annual physical checking on the fixed assets
? File and maintain proper documents
? Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager


Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
? 1~2 years working experience in Accounting
? Good Excel skills
? Familiar with the VAT "Exempt, Credit and Refund" process is a plus
? Good verbal and written English skills
? Good communication skills
? Accountable, honest and proactive
