You will be responsible for:
? Creating email templates for communication with our customers
? Administration of and replying to incoming customer requests
? Coordination with the Customer Service Teams from the other countries
Your profile:
You will have:
? Ideally 1-2 years experience in customer services in a retail or B2C environment
? Native German speaker with good German spelling and grammar
? Ability to speak English is highly desirable
? Experience with PC applications such as MS Word, Excel etc.
? Interest in e-commerce
? Flexible, organised and team oriented
