岗位职责：

1、对所有的展览产品要素如材料和设备，合作商或者供应商的质量、配货、安全承诺提出施工、安装方法上的建议.

2、深化CAD施工图和技术图.

3、执行、监督和管理所有物料生产环节.

4、组织和管理工程的日程安排和项目的执行.

5、在整个项目执行期间协调内部团队和外部供应商.

6、在现场管理临时移入项目.

7、对工程业主提供工程量清单和生产成本，并有效控制生产的成本（预算）.

8、评估供应商和合作商的表现和交付能力.

任职资格：

1、男性,拥有1 - 2年在展馆、活动或者展销方面相关的工程项目管理经验.

2、有责任心,有上进心,做事主动,能承受较大的工作压力.

3、注重细节并有同时管理多个项目的能力.

4、优秀的沟通和合作技巧和解决问题的能力.

5、愿意到中国或者海外支持工程的监察工作并配合新项目移入后的展开.

6、具备一定英语、普通话书写和交流能力,若还懂粤语或其他多门语言者优先考虑.

7、有建筑工程、建筑学等专、本科教育经历者优先考虑

Job Description
1.Recommend construction/implementation methods, materials/equipments and vendors/partners for quality delivery & safety compliance for all exhibition production elements
2.Develop construction and technical drawings with CAD Draftsman
3.Implement, supervise and manage the execution for all productions
4.Organize and manage scheduling of all production and execution of project
5.Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors for the duration of the projects
6.On site management during move-in of projects
7.Provide bill of quantity and production costs to project owners and manage production budget
8.Evaluate Vendors/Partners' performance and Delivery

Job Specification:
1.With 1-2 years of relevant project management experience in fields related to exhibition, events and promotions
2.Responsible, self-motivated, self-starter and can work under high pressure
3.Strong attention to details coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
4.Excellent communication & coordination skills as well as problems-solving abilities
5.Excellent team player and strong leadership
6.Willing to travel to China and/or overseas for production check and move-in
7.Fluent English, Mandarin & Cantonese language skills ; any further language will be an advantage
8.Passion, integrity and a high level of energy
9.Relevant educational in building services, architect, etc. would be an advantage
10.Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Manager
