Job Context:
1) Provide admin support to ore sales manager and marketing activities;
2) Daily office documentation and admin works;
3) Translation works.
Main Accountabilities:
Assisting sales admin activities (60%)
1) Paper works of contracts, and other documations
2) Assist ore sales team in various sales reports
3) Update ERP and other data bank
Assisting marketing activities (20%)
4) Market info data collection and report drafting; Drafting visiting reports, meeting minutes
Secretary support to Sales team (10%)
5) Arranging for travels and meetings;
6) Liaison with head office for travelling and meetings
Routing admin works (10%)
7) Documentation, filing, translation and other routing works
Candidate Qualification:
Essential:
Good secretary reporting and documentation skills: especially on desktop data input and analysis, attention to details.
Strong communication skills: Chinese-English in both verbal and written
Excellent command of PC skills: especially Microsoft excel and power point
Excellent interpersonal skill and high team spirit; Self motivated and able to work with minimum supervision; Well organized and ability to meet deadlines
Qualification:
l Majoring in International Trading or Commercial Secretary with two years min in import/export business practice or sales Admin
Preferred:
working experience in multinational companies.
2-3 years of working experience in similar roles.

ERAMET NICKEL
Eramet Nickel makes nickel ore in its mines in New Caledonia then converts it into Ferro nickel in the Doniambo plant near the capital, Nouméa. Using the nickel matte it produces in New Caledonia, the division also manufactures high-purity nickel and nickel chlorides in its Sandouville plant near Le Havre (France) . In addition , Eramet Nickel makes ultrafine cobalt powders in Eurotungstène’s Grenoble (France) plant.
In 2004, nickel prices reached all-time highs due to growing demand and limited supply, with an average price of 6.27 USD/ld. Demand for ferronickel for stainless steel (which consumes 2/3 of global nickel production) and for nickel for alloys rose sharply from 2003, while other outlets (electroplating,electronics) were stable. In total, the division achieved operating income of 310 million in 2004.
