At least 5 years experienced in automation system integration related experiences in customized automation, excellent understanding and experience of design process and procedures.
Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Know-how of industrial robots such as ABB, Festo, Bosch Rexroth, Yamaha and related experience is highly desired.
Excellent commercial and business acumen with deep experience in analyzing current technologies and capabilities on the market.
Experienced in the development of specific automation manufacturing systems incorporating flexible and modular automation.
Excellent mechanical design skill, good understanding of fixture design and familiar with manufacture process.
Perform mechanical design for automation concept using ProE/Cero, Solid Works and CAD software.
Translate BU customer’s requirement into design specification, evaluate design feasibility and provide technical expertise to meet customer request.
Integrate actuators with peripherals, such as clamping systems, electric motors, or other equipments.
Provide cost estimates, cycle time estimates and other calculations.
Be self-incentive, proactive, and careful of detail, good communication skill and a team player.
Good command of English both written and oral, can perform complex technical discussion with foreign colleague, write complex technical documentation and specifications.
