Responsible for supplier quality management of local suppliers in AP region

工作职责 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will be the primary supplier interface for assigned product to improve the supplier quality and reduce the cost of quality. Systematically advising and managing suppliers with regard to quality performance and further development of the suppliers together with other functions. Systematically supporting implementation of the necessary quality requirements

1. Assure that all quality requirements are understood and followed by the suppliers.
2. Facilitate all quality-related activities associated with new or revised product introductions
3. Quality assessment on potential suppliers.
4. Support supplier selection and source change execution.
5. Support new parts development activities.
6. Support parts localization activities.
7. Initiate, implement and coordinate meaningful and measurable proactive quality initiatives, continuous and preventative improvement programs, etc.
8. Execute Diebold SPAP for assigned suppliers/commodities.
9. Conduct supplier audits. Conduct external supplier audits for continuous improvement and may support internal audits.
10. Monitor supplier quality performance and solve problems.
11. Develop suppliers’ quality skills and capabilities.
12. Create, implement, maintain and monitor meaningful processes auditing, metrics, etc. to ensure product health.
13. Lead continuous improvement activities at supplier sites. Identify and demonstrate founded improvement potentials at suppliers using the materials group knowhow, inclusive controlling the implemented measures.
14. Drive consistency and ensure compliance to all customer, Sourcing Quality and qualification requirements for all products.
15. Identify and work on the improvement opportunities in supplier quality management process.

1. Bachelor degree or above in quality or engineering.
2. Fluent in English. (Oral and written)
3. At least 7 year working experiences in similar position.
4. Familiar with advanced quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA etc.
5. ISO 9000 internal auditor.
6. Six sigma black/green Belt is preferred.
7. Strong communication skill.
