JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for talented, self-motivated Software Engineers to develop and maintain advanced packet processing real-time monitoring applications for telecommunications and data networks. You will take part in all aspects of the software life-cycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, peer review, testing, integration, configuration management, and troubleshooting. You will work as an integral member of a self-directed agile development team employing a Scrum-based methodology.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· Strong proficiency in C++/C, OOD and Unix/Linux/RTOS
· Experience with assembly language is a plus
· Experience with network processor development (IXP is preferred)
· Multi-threaded and multi-processor system development, preferably multi-blade Linux platforms
· Experience with real time, embedded, multithreaded applications
· Proficiency operating in Linux-based Operating Systems such as Redhat Linux
· Minimum 3+ years industry experience in above
· Exposure to telecom or datacom domains is a plus, especially SCTP and VoIP related protocols
· BS/MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
