Are you ready for a unique challenge?

For one of our new start up companies we need to expand our team with a dedicated (Account) Manager that will be able to connect with our target market and actually setup our new business concept.

The new business concept focuses on Flower trading and Flower Wholesale business in China, starting in Shanghai with the aim to expand nationally within the upcoming years. After we receive your application we can share with you more information about the plans and strategy.

We need
A dedicated (Account) Manager with a commercial, practical and effective attitude. Your main task is to visit new and existing clients and built a strong relationship with them. The clients’ requests and orders will have to be managed from support with placing online orders up to the logistics and delivery with our logistic partner.
Flower knowledge
Knowledge of flowers and the flower business is a great advantage, but not a must. Our company can provide the necessary training. Most of all you need to know how to built relationships with clients, have a strong sense of commerce and a practical and on hands mindset. With a desire to win in every expect of the business.
Dynamic and Challenging / Freedom and Responsibility
This new start-up business will bring you a unique and dynamic job. Our existing team in Shanghai will always support you where needed, but we will give you the opportunity to work independent, within the plans and strategy that is and will be formed with the Management and our Owners. This will give you the freedom to work on your own and ‘be your own boss’, but will also make you responsible for the end results.

Requirements:
Good communication skills and good writing English;
Must be proficient in computer skills, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
2+ years in experiences in Floral business and/or Sales and/or Client Relation related jobs
