职位描述：
To set quantitative and qualitative targets within the annual Business Plan
To have a technical vision of the company
To manage a team of engineers to establish and maintain statistical process control systems
To offer actively adequate technical support for product manufacturing, to be in charge of all line process and new product RFQ specially for machining process.
To work initiatively on the improvement of manufacturing process technique.
To analysis the operation method and standardize it for better quality and efficiency.
To solve the problems by adjusting the process technique.
To establish and follow up the technical document managing system.
To work closely with our global team to involve in the technical clarification and support for the local production need.
To support the new project development on the manufacturing in the workshop.
To optimize the current products process and improve the product manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
To design the efficiency tooling/fixture to improve the productivity.
To define production line layout.
To define and standardize the manufacture process. He/ she can ask correction or stop production in case production line aren’t following defined manufacture process which might cause safety issue or product quality risk.
To coordinate new offers
To work as technical window for customer support
To train and recruit engineers
Be responsible of implementation in the department the system of TS16949.
Be familiar to the system of ISO14001, OSHAS 18001, and responsible for the implementation in the department according to company guidance. (see details in E&HS management manual)
职位要求：
Bachelor degree with major in technical or related
Expert on machining process
know welding, cold forming, stamping process is an advantage
Solid knowledge on BOM, Core tool (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC…) and quality audit.
Good skill of AutoCAD.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the international automotive industry and minimum 5 years engineering manager position.
Five years above experiences in machining process of manufacturing.
