职位描述：
职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives：
推动工厂新项目启动及后续项目计划、协调工作，包括项目启动团队协调、新产品投产/产品转移等，确保新项目顺利投产,在预定时间和预算内完成项目成本和质量的要求，满足客户需求
Leading for new project planning, coordination and launching. Including the coordination with team, new production launching and transferring. Ensure the new project launching successfully and meet the cost and quality requirement within the budget, accomplish the task on time, satisfy the customer.
主导变更管理（ECM），同时协调与变更有关事宜（与其他相关部门）及时有效完成工程变更。
Leading the Engineering Change Management (ECM) Process including the coordination of all relevant activities (although for all other departments) to achieve the costs and time of an engineering change.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities：
Product Development Process新项目过程开发
- 负责与国际项目组/项目团队、技术专家及其他部门沟通合作
International teamwork with the program/ project team, the experts for technologies and other departments
- 负责向项目经理及部门主管汇报相关项目问题
Reporting of relevant issues to the project and the supervisor
- 负责协助新项目报价
Supporting the quoting process
- 负责新产品工艺方案及工艺过程详细规划
Concept and detail planning of new product production processes
- 负责与其他部门一起协助新产品爬坡
- Support the ramping up phase of the new products together with the related departments
- 负责规划并实施必要的投资预算及产能评估
Planning and handling of necessary investment budgets and capacities
- 负责规划并采购产量增加后的新设备及工装
Planning, procurement and ramp-up of new equipment and tooling
- 负责规划验证并确认新产品及新设备
Planning of the verification and validation activities for a new product/ machine
- 负责移交项目及设备给生产部门
Handover project and machines to operations
- 负责编制新项目FMEA,PCP,PFC，PRD及作业指导书，并负责维护新项目SAP工艺路线
Responsible for creating of FMEA, PCP and PFC as well as work and set-up instructions and basic master data of SAP for new projects
- 以上所有事项均需满足客户要求，ISO TS 16949, VDA, AIAG 等标准要求及其他内部规定
