Reports To: Line Manager

Key Responsibilities

Generally, the position should develop new business for regular cases, with shared responsibility for overall office team work, in Great China.

1. Conduct company and candidate research and analyses across industries and countries in Asia.

2. Select search strategies of target companies.

3. Make cold calls and warm call for daily work Pre-screening of candidates and database management.

4. Preparing candidate profiles and ensuring quality of search process.

5. Telephone interviews of the candidates.

6. All the other assignments/tasks given by your manager.

Top 3 Requirements

1. More than 3 years of work experience, good at working in international company.

2. Business services, consulting or account servicing backgrounds preferred, but not a must.

3. Should be mature, professional, and a strong communicator.

4. Fluency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
