职位描述：

Director Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading AKS recreational programs, AKS partner football programs, and AKSIL competitive programs
- Full management, supervision, and performance tracking of coaching staff, instructors, coordinators, parent volunteers and team managers
- Create and manage annual activity calendar
- Develop the AKS recreational and competitive football programs, held accountable by program term KPIs
- Develop and maintain outside relationships with stakeholders
- Serve as primary person of contact for AKS to the community in any football related matter
- Supervise Program Delivery, attend game days, visit weekday programs regularly
- Coach and administer football training to AKS participants when necessary

Program Coordination and Office Support:
- Oversee uniform and equipment distributions
- Alert management to issues
- Maintain database updates, player and team rosters
- Weekly announcement of program status
- Act as regular contact with venue management and parents
- Responsible for team coordination
- Task lists and assignment of duties
- Program budgeting
- Equipment maintenance and inventory report

Marketing and Operations:
- Drive marketing and advertising efforts for AKS football programs
- Survey, review data, and market research of our services and competitors
- Attending promotional events and campaigns on behalf of AKS as AKS football program representative and coach

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Coaching Certification/License
5+ years of football and coaching experience, preferably in sports management
Right to live and work in China (working visa can be provided)
Non Compete Clause
Strong English and Mandarin skills; other languages a plus
Outgoing personality with cultural sensitivity
Strong sense of self responsibility
Detailed oriented; quick learner and willing to adapt

Benefits:
Gross Salary - RMB 20000 - 25000 (depending on qualification/certification)
Contract length: 1 year
Government stipulated social programs including: medical, housing, unemployment, and pension (any if applicable)
Includes one flight ticket (as a return trip home) upon completion of contract
Annual Leave days: 15 working days per year for first year, increase on annual leave subjected during appraisal
