职位描述：

Major Responsibilities:

- Contract Management (review, revise, draft and negotiate contracts)

- Coordinate with contract review requesters and other central function reviewers of contracts

- Legal support for dispute resolutions and litigation cases.

- Improvement & implementation of corporate compliance with laws & regulation in China

- To collect latest legal information, update top management with latest legal information and conduct legal research, under the Legal manager’s instructions

- Other assignments by Legal Manager

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above with major in law or related fields

- At least five years experience in counsel working in a law firm or legal department of MNC Company, and experience for arbitration and litigation especially for labor and commercial issues.

- Accurate working style, effective problem-solving skills, good team player

- Good in English speaking and writing, especially in legal terminology

- Able to work under pressure, detail-oriented and result-oriented

- Good communication skill, team spirit and quick leaning

- Good command of MS Office
