岗位职责

1、负责公司前台的接待工作，包括电话接听及转接、访客接待、传真收发、信函和报刊的收发等；
2、办公用品及相关物资的采购、保管及维护；
3、办公设备的管理与维护；
4、日常文件的录入、打印、归类、存档等管理工作；
5、办公场所日常保洁和安全工作；
6、公司领导安排的其他工作任务。

任职资格

1、大专以上学历，普通话标准，懂英文者优先考虑；
2、熟悉前台工作流程，熟练掌握和使用各种办公自动化设备以及Word、Excel等计算机操作软件；
3、性格开朗温和，相貌端正，待人热诚，具有一定的亲和力，有良好的服务意识，具备基本商务礼仪；
4、吃苦耐劳、认真负责，有良好的协调及沟通能力，强烈的责任心和敬业精神，能承受工作压力；
5、有前台秘书工作经验 1年以上者优先考虑；
6、住长宁、普陀、闸北优先。
