Report to: ED Department Manager
Job Description:
- Builds business partnership and focuses efforts toward the achievement of company goals
- Maintain and develop existing long-term rapports with municipal design institutes; EPC and clients
Major responsibilities:
- Regular visiting municipal design institutes, EPCs and developers to get project information
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements - listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs
- Work with ED Division sales team to develop and execute sales goals
- Assure that all customer requests are answered promptly and correctly
- Collect market information, requirement, competitors intelligence and etc in order to provide the primary idea how to extend the market share
- Efficient communication skills to team member, analytical thinking to make efficient job
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, water supply and drainage engineering or environment engineering is preferred
- At least 5 years’ project sales experience in public works
- Aggressive, result-oriented, creative, good team player
- Successful track record on sales and sales management
- Strong ethical mind-set and integrity
- Able to work independently
- Willing to travel
