本岗位为健康科学背景的实习岗位，实习期半年，期间绩效表现良好者，期满优先转为公司正式员工。

职位职能:

市场助理

主要职责：

1、根据事业部要求准确的提取国外网站的相关数据,并建立相关数据库；

2、负责市场部相关文档、资料的翻译工作；

3、负责使用excel 等常用软件筛选、整理、分析有效数据，并定期制作报告，为市场决策提供数据支持；

4、负责根据事业部要求进行数据库的定期整理和更新；

5、负责利用相关工具更新模板及数据收集分析方式，提高数据分析效率及质量；

6、负责参与执行公司日常的市场活动（广告，培训，学术会议，展会）和项目管理。

任职资格：

1、2012年应届毕业生，医学或药学专业,硕士优先；

2、具有较强的数据收集分析能力，了解统计学的相关知识，能熟练运用Excel等软件对数据进行处理；

3、英语六级或同等水平以上，有较强的英文阅读能力；

4、熟悉医药行业，或者对血液制品或医疗器械有浓厚兴趣者优先考虑；

General Description:
This internship background is in Health Sciences.
It will be 6-month long with the opportunity to be a full-time employee according to the good performance. Expenses reimbursement will be granted.


Title/Position:
Marketing Assistant


Main responsibilities:
1. Take responsibility in the establishment of the database and accurate extraction of relevant data in foreign websites according to the department’s requirements;
2. Take responsibility in translating marketing-related documents and files;
3. Have a good command of Excel and other commonly used software, to filter, sort and analyze valid data, and create a report on a regular basis to provide data to support the market decision-making;
4. Accurately maintain the database, by regular collation and updating the data according to the requirements;
5. Update the template and the way to analyze data by using relevant tools, thus improving the efficiency and quality of data analysis;
6. Support in the company's daily market activities (advertising, training, conferences, and exhibitions) and project management.


Qualifications:
1. Commit to work at least 16 working days per month, not less than 4 working days per week;
2. 2012 graduates, medical or pharmaceutical professional, master degree is preferred;
3. Competent in Excel and other software for data processing, data collection and data analysis, have statistical knowledge and skills;
3, CET-6 or above, proficient in applying English into reading & writing;
4. Be familiar with the pharmaceutical industry, or keen on blood products or medical devices.
