职位描述：
We are a high growth joint venture with the biggest shareholder Chinese Academy of Sciences doing methanol based cross-border business, building up the next generation of a global energy company. We are seeking for an experienced commercial manager to be a key member of our team. The position holder will support Board Secretary & GM EA to achieve corporate strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
？ Explore business opportunities, make and implement business plans
？ Develop the growth and sustainable profitability of business activities
？ Support corporate structure change
？ Coordinate legal affairs with external legal counsels and any other stakeholders where necessary
？ Any other duties as assigned by line manager from time to time

Requirements
？ Minimum a master degree holder with overseas full time education strongly preferred
？ Experience in both state-owned enterprise and corporate consulting firm strongly preferred
？ Excellent capability of listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English
？ Strong communication skills and experience in comfortably operating and influencing people
？ Ability to frame complex issues and provide supporting analytics
？ Finance or legal background preferred
？ 5+ years of progressive work experience
