1. 负责新项目，生产线的规划，建立和改进

2. 负责工艺文件的编辑，维护和改进（布局图，流程图，FMEA，控制计划，作业指导书，工艺记录，材料清单等）

3. 负责精益生产系统的推进

4. 负责操作员工的培训和评估

5. 负责日常生产工作安排及其生产过程中工艺问题的改进

6. 完成上级领导安排的其他任务

1. 大专以上学历

2. 二年以上工作经验

3. 熟悉TS16949

4. 了解精益生产

5. 能运用基本质量工具

6. 能用英文进行基本交流

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. responsible for the new project/line planning,setup and improvement
2. responsible for process document editting,maintenance and improvement(layout,PFD,FMEA,CP,WI,BOM etc)
3. responsible for implement of lean manufacturing
4. responsible for operator training and assessment
5. responsible for producing arrangement and solving process issue in porducing
6. finish other tasks from superior
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. College Degree or above
2. At least 2 years relevant experience in Auto industry

3. TS16949 or relevant background
4. knowledge of lean
5. knowledge of quality tool;
6. good communication skill in Chinese and English
