职位描述：
To lead the team to manage, control and maximize utilization of all passenger stateroom inventory to meet revenue and occupancy objectives, through daily operations include but not limited to the followings:
带领团队管理、调控邮轮客舱舱位及定价，以达成管理层设定的上客率及收益为目标。日常工作包括但不限于以下内容：
a. Based on historical data and new market situations, develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies with the aim to maximize revenue;根据历史数据及市场情况，研发、监控及调整定价策略，以达成收益最大化；
b. Conduct competitive and demand analysis; Provide critical analysis of strategies to the management; 开展竞品分析、市场需求分析，并为管理层提供关键战略、策略分析报告；
c. Maintain the integrity of distribution channel data, as well as ensuring all pricing statistics reports are accurate and consistent;确保分销渠道数据真实可靠，以及定价、统计报告的准确性和一致性；
d. Participate into rolling forecast and annual budget; 积极参与滚动预测及年度预算的制定；
e. Establish best practice in pricing and revenue management; 制定、修订定价与收益管理的***做法；
f. Other duties as assigned by the management.管理层委派的其他任务。

Skills:
所需技能：
a. You will be working closely with your team, as well as the Sales Department and other functioning departments to achieve the target, therefore, strong communication, relation-building and interpersonal skills are essential;不仅能够带领团队成员协同合作，还需与其他相关部门（例如销售部）共同努力以达成目标；沟通能力强，善长人际交往。
b. You will be flexible, innovative thinking to develop and implement pricing strategies to increase profitability;能够运用灵活创新的方式通过落实定价策略提高盈利能力；
c. You will have a demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and show skills in follow up, multi-tasking, leadership and accountability for team actions;有团队领导经验，积极推进以达成目标，有能力同时牵头多项任务，有很强的责任心；
d. You are organized, able to attend to details, good at time-management and prioritization;做事有条不紊，注重细节，善于有效管理时间，做事能够分清轻重缓急；
e. Strong and independent analysis capabilities should have been developed in your career;很强的独立分析能力；
f. Fluent in English is a must.英语流利。

Experiences:
工作经验：
Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or other related field. Candidate should have 8-10 years of successful revenue management experience in the cruise industry or the hotel business.
