JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Lead the in vivo pharmacology group of pulmonary diseases.

- Background and training in lung physiology and pathology is required.

- The Ph. D scientist is responsible for the development and validation of animal disease models with pulmonary hypertension (PH).

- Have a broad range of hands on experiences in pulmonary function testing and pulmonary diseases

- Design and execute animal experiments independently and be responsible for data documentation and research report.

- The experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

- The candidate must have a Ph. D with a minimum 5 years’ related experience.

- Expertise to establish animal models with pulmonary hypertension and fully understand these models for the preclinical drug discovery

- Knowledge and experience in animal histology

- Strategic thinker who can efficiently manage a project to completion

- Highly creative, innovative and capable of researching solutions to meet client expectations

- Good communication skills and English capability
